There is a lot of initial setup from our end and this ensures no stone goes unturned including onboarding your database, your staff and setting up forms and workflows and automations for you. We also ensure you have a dedicated email address that means emails you send will end up in your clients inbox.
Yes, every month the funds will be debited from your account. You may cancel anytime upon which your account will be immediately terminated and cannot be reverted once terminated.
Yes, you can and should, CXOne can replace everything! We are here to condense everything in one and charge one simple fee in AUD.
Yes we do, super affordable too! We will take care of everything for you so you can send SMS reminders out automatically as well as recieve inbound and outbound calls to and from the CRM desktop and App. Your number will be verified through a Verification Bundle and Address Bundle.
We offer support yes and we are happy to help you build some funnels and automations ongoing on the $89 and $199 plans, limited to one-two hours per month.
If youre after something extra purchase our account management addon and get a real life human account manager.
Yes, simply email [email protected] and we will endevour to help you asap. Support means technical support like adding a user, instructions or tutorials on items, it doesn’t mean building funnels or been an account manager, see above.
In writing, a refund will not be issued if you have just been billed, so we always suggest to our customers they use the end of the month or their subscription.
